Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support to German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and needs efficiently.
• Assist customers in optimizing their digital strategies and leveraging our services to achieve their goals.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to foster understanding of our products and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings based on client insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to share relevant information with clients.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in customer service, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication abilities to build rapport with clients.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and search engine optimization is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while being an effective team player.
