This role is for individuals who can expertly navigate the complexities of the German market, onboarding and engaging with high-potential companies, including possible future unicorns. This involves building strong relationships, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth and advocacy within our customer base.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor, onboarding a portfolio of new clients and developing high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing. You'll also be responsible for sales duties, including:

• Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Detecting and understanding customer objectives to offer tailored solutions.
• Setting up strategic, results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Increasing ad spend and upselling campaigns.
• Creating, maintaining, and updating a customer database with complete information.
• Handling a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Language skills: C2 level of German and English.
• 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing: previous client-facing experience, particularly in high-stakes environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently deliver impactful results.
• Strong experience managing customer relationships and improving CRM systems for business outcomes.
• Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to diverse audiences.
