As part of our team, you will assist German-speaking customers with their airline bookings, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer support to German-speaking clients regarding airline bookings and related inquiries.
• Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and payment processing.
• Resolve complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex requests and ensure service quality.
• Stay updated on airline policies, booking systems, and travel regulations to provide precise information.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within airline booking or travel sectors.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and airline booking platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently within a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to live and work in Greece.
