Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services, including shipping options, order tracking, and service policies.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions for customer inquiries.
• Keep abreast of service updates, policies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the logistics or transportation sector, is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics software is beneficial.
