Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries regarding video streaming services via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the streaming platform in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on how to effectively use the platform and maximize its features.
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and solve complex customer inquiries.
• Engage in continuous training to keep up with product updates and enhance customer support skills.
• Provide feedback to improve overall customer experience and service processes.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong dedication to customer service and helping customers resolve issues.
• Prior experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanor.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving service delivery.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities.
• Prior knowledge of video streaming platforms is a plus.
