Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and market strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
• Achieve or exceed set sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken; English proficiency is beneficial.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within an international context.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems is preferred.
