• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products and services to assist customers accurately.
• Document customer interactions comprehensively in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve service efficiency and quality.
• Participate in training to continuously develop your skills and product knowledge.
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance the customer service process.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
