Your role
As a Customer Success Manager, your key responsibilities will be to support our customers at all stages of their journey — from onboarding to executing campaigns and driving business growth. Your most important task is reflected in your title: to help customers succeed with their Boksi campaigns and exceed their expectations. You will also work closely with other functions, such as Sales, to ensure a smooth customer journey from start to finish, and with the Product team to ensure the platform meets customer needs. We operate in a hybrid model, and this position is full-time and based in Hamburg or Helsinki.A few qualities we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
