Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with inquiries regarding products, services, and account-related issues.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Log and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate records.
• Collaborate with other teams to manage complex inquiries and escalate when necessary.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed responses to customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a strong asset.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus.
