As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our app user acquisition strategy, driving scalable and efficient user growth across iOS and Android. Your main focus will be paid performance marketing, optimizing campaigns across multiple channels to maximize app installs, user engagement and conversions. 

• Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy with a strong focus on mobile app user acquisition (iOS & Android) and Meta campaigns to drive sign-ups and engagement.
• Optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other relevant acquisition channels.
• Use mobile attribution tools to track app installs, retention, and in-app conversions.
• Improve and maintain our MarTech setup and create insightful reports addressing ourkey marketing KPIs.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, strategically allocating spend across app campaigns based on data-driven insights.

• 3+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing, with a strong focus on mobile app user acquisition and experience with Meta campaigns.
• Strong understanding of mobile attribution and web tracking.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android tracking challenges, and experience implementing solutions to optimize measurement.
• Experience testing, iterating, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Bonus: Experience in retail investing or fintech apps.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
