GTM Talent Sourcer

About The Position

Unframe is a fast-growing, AI-first startup building cutting-edge AI solutions from the heart of Tel Aviv. We move fast, work closely as a team, and put a strong emphasis on finding and hiring exceptional people to help us scale.

We’re looking for our first GTM Talent Sourcer to join the team and help us identify and engage top go-to-market talent, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps roles.

You’ll play a key role in building our GTM hiring engine from the ground up: sourcing high-impact candidates, opening doors to conversations, and helping us build relationships with people who can take our product to market.

Key Responsibilities

  Partner closely with our recruiter and hiring managers to deeply understand GTM role requirements and hiring priorities

  Proactively source passive GTM candidates across LinkedIn, social platforms, communities, referrals, and creative channels

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines for GTM roles

  
  


• 
  

  Identify and engage candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, startups, and AI-first companies

  
  


• 
  

  Build and maintain long-term relationships with GTM talent for current and future needs

  
  


• 
  

  Craft personalized outreach that reflects Unframe’s culture, stage, and value proposition

  
  


• 
  

  Track sourcing activity and pipeline data accurately to support hiring decisions

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer, ideally focused on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps)

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social platforms, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of GTM functions and how early-stage teams are built

  
  


• 
  

  High proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Must!

  A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
