Arbeitsbeschreibung - Head of D2C (m/f/d)

eCommerce Management & Shopify Expertise:

Oversee our 7 international Shopify stores, ensuring optimal UX, performance, and expansion into new markets
Develop and implement strategies for internationalization and localization
Optimize existing functionalities and introduce new features using your Shopify expertise

Leadership & Team Management:

Lead and develop a cross-functional team of eCommerce, development, and UX professionals (7–9 people)
Foster innovation and collaboration to deliver outstanding results

User Experience & Conversion Optimization:

Analyze and enhance the customer journey, driving improvements in conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention
Conduct A/B testing and implement eCommerce best practices

Technology & Scalability:

Introduce new tools and technologies to support growth and operational efficiency
Ensure systems and processes are scalable and future-proof

Experience:

Proven track record in eCommerce management in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of the Shopify platform, including multi-store setups and internationalization

Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and eCommerce trends
Experience in UX optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Leadership Skills:

Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams
Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Mindset:
