You as part of tonies:

As Head of tonies' Global Product Portfolio, you will play a key role in shaping and managing our worldwide product assortment. Reporting to the Director Global Product Portfolio, you’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams to align strategy, meet customer needs, and achieve commercial goals. This collaborative role requires strong expertise in product lifecycle management, portfolio performance, and stakeholder alignment.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Drive the global product portfolio roadmap, using customer and market analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and regional needs.
Evaluate and prioritize product investments; develop business cases with Finance and Product teams.
Lead portfolio performance reviews, monitor KPIs (incrementality, cannibalization, profitability), and recommend optimization actions.
Oversee end-of-life planning with regional teams, Finance, and Licensing to ensure smooth product phase-outs and maintain SKU-level visibility.
Partner with central product management and market teams to align local and global portfolio needs and support regional portfolio leads on planning and performance tracking.
Provide leadership with strategic updates and ensure cross-department stakeholder alignment.

What we are looking for:

8+ years of experience in product or portfolio management, ideally in consumer goods or omnichannel businesses.
Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and exposure to product development, financial modeling, or supply chain operations.
Skilled collaborator and communicator, experienced in aligning diverse cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Preferred location: Düsseldorf; alternative location: France.
