You have a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence and Conferences? Then keep reading.

AI 4 Humans organizes the annual European leading conference for Artificial Intelligence Rise of AI (wwww.riseof.ai) in Berlin. It is a full day conference for 800 CEOs, researchers, investors, entrepreneurs and politicians to discuss how AI can be used to help Europe.

We would like to strengthen our core team with a Head of Partnerships.

Your tasks will be:

You are building new relationships to potential partners for the conference. Those are large corporations, tech companies, SMEs, governments, NGOs and media companies. You will deepen existing relationships with partners for the next conference.

What skills you should have:

You should be an outgoing person, which likes to meet new people and expand his/her network.

You are great in figuring out, what a partner needs and fulfilling it.

You can initiate, follow-up and close deals.

You work independently, structured and can organize your time well. 

You should speak German (conversational) and are business fluent in English (read, write and speak).

You have experience in b2b sales and b2b CRM.

You have a network in the digital industry.

We expect that you have a good handling with standard SaaS tool likes mailchimp, gmail, dropbox, trello, podio, asana and google docs.

Furthermore you will work closely with the entrepreneurial couple Veronika and Fabian Westerheide.

How we work:

All our companies run as virtual offices. That means you do not have fixed working times, but are rather measured by your results. Furthermore you can decide, where you want to take on your tasks. We can support you with a desk at a Coworking space of your choice.

If you live close to Berlin, that would be a benefit but it not mandatory.

The basics:

The position is paid with a retainer and a bonus on revenue.
