YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for Revenue Management decisions for a cluster of car rental markets within Europe 
• You oversee and develop our team by ensuring a margin-optimal outcome for the company and establish analytics and methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions 
• You introduce automation together with tech and product teams, establish efficient workflows and successful pricing strategies, improve current processes, drive change management and by that design the path for future growth and support the digitalization of SIXT 
• You support the continuous development and optimization of fleet management processes in cooperation with various departments 
• You regularly meet with C-level and executive management to advise on and discuss about potential strategies, improvements and developments, and report on performance 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring several years of work experience and expertise in Pricing and Revenue Management or similar, have successfully focused on process development and efficiency, have strong leadership experience and successfully managed projects 
• Academic background You hold a Master's or diploma degree in economics 
• Skills You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as strong organization and time management skills and are able to make fact-based decisions  
• Leadership You have proven leadership skills, in particular change management, motivating and inspiring teams as well as the ability to set and achieve targets 
• Communication & Languages You have excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills and are fluent in English and German
