We are looking for a Liaison Manager who are responsible for the development, coordination, and communication of HR policies across the entire organization. Join our multinational team of around 300 employees from over 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength! We look forward to welcoming highly motivated new members to our HR team, which currently consists of 12 employees.
Your tasks will focus on the following activities:
Develop and Communicate HR Policies: You develop and coordinate HR policies and ensure clear communication with all relevant stakeholder.
Improve HR Processes: You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Point of Contact for HR Topics: You are the central contact person for employees on HR-related matters, ensuring fast and accurate information exchange.
Training and Support: You support employees and supervisors with solutions and training on HR processes and policies in collaboration with L&D.
HR Information Dissemination and Project Support: You inform about changes in processes, policies, benefits, and compensation and support the HR team with special projects and case-based tasks.
Digital Transformation: You drive the digital transformation in HR to optimize processes and improve the employee experience.
You have a completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
You have 5+ years of professional experience in HR or a similar liaison role and possess a solid understanding of HR policies.
You bring excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can convey complex information clearly and understandably to various stakeholders.
You have strong organizational and project management skills and can manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
You are able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment and support continuous process improvements.
You have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
