HR Manager (m/f/d)

As a leading operator of long-range drones (BVLOS) in Germany and Europe, Beagle Systems focuses on innovation. We are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building the HR function, with a strong focus on recruiting the best talent for our fast growing team.

Your commitment will ensure the smooth operation of our missions and play a key role in the success of our innovative projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Build HR function: Build and develop the HR function in a fast growing startup

• Attract and hire top talent: Preselect candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage the onboarding process to meet ambitious growth targets 

• Establish HR strategies: Establish and implement HR strategies to support the company’s rapid growth and ensure alignment with business goals

• Foster a positive company culture: Support employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives

• Work closely with the founders team

• Further development of all HR areas: Including recruiting, on- and offboarding, administration, preparatory accounting, project work, culture building, development and expansion of structures and processes, personnel support, personnel development and much more

• Qualifications: A degree in psychology, business administration, or a similar field, or comparable relevant training

• Experience: Five years of experience as an HR generalist, with a focus on recruitment in fast-growing environments, preferably in startups or scaling companies, with a holistic approach

• Key skills: You are a proactive self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills

• Passion: You are passionate about startups and eager to make an impact with an international team

• Bonus: Prior experience in the startup environment, recruiting and experience with Personio
