HR Projects Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an HR Projects Manager to join our team and independently lead HR projects while supporting our HR team in Europe. Become a part of our multinational team of around 300 employees from over 33 different nationalities across Europe. Diversity is our strength! Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

• Management of Own HR Projects: You will independently lead HR projects and coordinate with all HR sub-departments, such as HR Business Partners, Recruiting, L&D, HR Analytics, and Payroll.
• Support for Cross-Departmental Projects: You support cross-departmental projects outside of HR, ensuring that HR aspects are considered in these initiatives.
• Development and Creation of Strategically Relevant Project Plans: You develop and create project plans, presentations, and reports, including decision papers, concepts, and analyses.
• Ensuring Efficient Communication: You ensure that all project participants and stakeholders communicate efficiently and goal-oriented.
• Communication Between Project Participants: You lead focused communication between all project participants and stakeholders, ensuring smooth exchange of information.
• Support for HR Team in Labor Law and European HR Processes: You provide guidance on labor law issues, compliance matters, and works agreements, and support the European HR team with expats, benchmarking, and performance processes.
• Planning and Conducting Workshops and Meetings: You plan, implement, and prepare workshops and meetings, and support the follow-up of these events.

• You have a completed degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the HR field or a similar position.
• You possess in-depth knowledge in HR strategy, employee development, performance management, and labor law.
• You have strong expertise in labor law and compliance requirements.
• You are a proactive team player who can work successfully both independently and in a team.
• You communicate confidently and purposefully with various stakeholders and are able to present complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
• You have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
