Role Overview
We are seeking a One Identity Manager Consultant to support the configuration and lifecycle management of account-related processes within a complex IT environment. The role focuses on implementing, optimizing, and maintaining access governance and identity lifecycle solutions using One Identity Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure One Identity Manager for automated identity lifecycle and access governance workflows

• Develop and manage account and group provisioning processes, including access request and approval workflows

• Maintain and enhance integrations with directory services, HR systems, and target applications

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls

• Document configurations, operational procedures, and customizations

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager, including configuration and workflow development

• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and user provisioning

• Familiarity with connectors and integration approaches for Active Directory, LDAP, SAP, and cloud platforms

• Experience working in secure, compliance-driven environments (e.g., financial, public sector)

• Ability to document and communicate technical topics clearly to both technical and business audiences
