Job Description:

Design and implement Azure Active Directory solutions for identity governance, authentication, and access management. You will manage conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication, and privileged identity management, ensuring security aligned with business needs.

Collaborate with cybersecurity and business teams to build robust identity frameworks supporting cloud and hybrid ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage Azure AD identity and access management infrastructure.

• Implement conditional access policies, password protection, and multi-factor authentication.

• Manage roles and permissions with least privilege principles and role-based access control.

• Conduct identity risk assessments and compliance audits.

• Develop automation scripts for identity lifecycle management.

• Provide user training and awareness on identity best practices.

• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with GDPR/DSGVO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Azure Active Directory and Microsoft identity stack.

• Experience with security protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).

• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation for identity management.

• Understanding of compliance and governance frameworks.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
