Arbeitsbeschreibung - Information Security Officer (m/f/d)

Work closely with the CTO and Head of Security to implement and maintain security policies
Manage and maintain security certifications (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reporting
Ensure compliance with GDPR, AI Act, and other industry regulations
Handle customer security requests, questions, and forms
Oversee access rights management, onboarding, and offboarding security processes
Collaborate with sales, HR, and tech teams to align security and compliance efforts

3-5 years of experience in security/compliance roles within a scale-up or Series A environment
Technical/engineering background required – understanding of security concepts, architectures, and integrations
Deep understanding of security frameworks and experience advancing and maintaining security certifications including ISO 27001:2022, NIS2, SOC2, GDPR, and AI Act
Hands-on experience in compliance management, risk assessments, and audits
Familiarity with rights management, onboarding, and offboarding security processes
