You have a quick grasp of complex complex concepts and varied interdependencies, a creative and solution-oriented mentality, and are passionate about pushing development forward with your excellent project management skills? We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager (m/f/d) for the Product Team who will take our project management to a whole new level. Your tasks will include:

Be at the heart of our innovation team, working cross-departmentally to drive the delivery of our high class innovation.
- Lead the work stream management in a structured, efficient and effective way
- Set the pace to ensure our innovation is delivered on time
- Overseeing the progress of all those projects in a structured way, presenting to various stakeholders, and solving newly arising challenges on the go
Approaching challenges and opportunities with a logical and experimental mindset and evaluating potential against costs to develop a clear rationale for decision-making and convincing on-point solutions
Working closely and building relations with stakeholders across the whole company
- Presenting innovative sourcing opportunities professionally and confidently and collaborating with empathy to move forward and achieve targets
- Communicating transparently and sharing updates and decisions

Your profile

Ideally, you have a degree in business studies, innovation management, or supply chain – but that is not mandatory, relevant work experience is sufficient!
More than 4 years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on innovation, transformation, or process improvement
You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or are willing to relocate for your new position
You have excellent English and German skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills
You have excellent skills with G Suite (or the Microsoft pendants), especially in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
You are proficient with agile and design-thinking-based project management techniques
Experience in a start-up environment or the e-commerce industry is a big plus!
You are characterized by a forward-thinking, hands-on mentality and an organized and structured way of working
You are good with people, communicative, and have a high team spirit!
