Arbeitsbeschreibung - Inside Sales Representative (m/w/d)

  • Collaborate closely with our distributors and field sales teams to drive business growth in the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment.
  • Take full ownership of acquiring new partners and building long-term relationshipswith a strong focus on value-added solutions tailored to our partnersneeds.
  • Represent TP-Link with confidence and enthusiasm, inspiring potential partners and customers with our innovative IT infrastructure products and services.
  • Manage the entire partner recruitment process from initial outreach to successful handover to our Partner Account Managers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities via phone and emailnurturing leads within system house groups and setting up initial meetings for the Partner Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data in our CRM system.
  • Completed training in a commercial field or comparable qualification.
  • Proven track record in dealing with and handling of ICT product and solution sales and sales pitches
  • First experience in outbound tele-sales and SMB (customers as well as partners) sales.
  • Enjoy active telephoning, direct sales, and a high degree of customer orientation.
  • Self-confident appearance and the ability to inspire different partners for a cause. 
  • Flexibility, independent working style and ability to work in a team.
  • IT affinity and proficient use of MS Office.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
