an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) to support our sales team! Are you passionate about systematically and continuously improving sales processes and strategies? Are you ready to bring your expertise and ideas with enthusiasm? Then you're exactly what we're looking for! We are a dynamic team of 9, living our deep passion for sales every day, and we can't wait to meet you!
  • You create complex offers convincingly and professionally, including functional project descriptions
  • In your advisory role within the sales team, you evaluate ideas, develop them, and contribute your own initiatives
  • You maintain after-sales contact with our customers to sustain long-term relationships
  • You prepare customer-related analyses, reports, and sales forecasts to anticipate future developments
  • You regularly assess our sales pipeline (health check)
  • You support Felix, our Head of Sales, with strategic projects
  • You are administratively responsible for our partner business
  • As the Master Key User for the CRM tool, you actively develop our central CRM tool
Hard skills:
  • You have completed training or a degree in a commercial field
  • You bring 3+ years of professional experience in sales or a sales-related environment
  • You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
  • Nice-to-have: You speak another foreign language
Soft skills:
  • You work in a structured and process-oriented manner
  • You accompany our customers on their customer journey through your persuasive communication and reliability
  • You love translating your ideas into goals and content, and developing corresponding action steps
  • You quickly grasp complex issues thanks to your high comprehension skills
  • With your organizational talent and flexibility, you are a crucial support for the team and actively contribute to its success
