Arbeitsbeschreibung - International Tax Senior Specialist (m/f/d)

We are committed to excellence in the automotive logistics industry and pride ourselves on building strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service. To support our endeavors, we are looking for an International Tax Senior Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Tax team for an unlimited period in Eschborn, Germany.

  • Manage withholding tax processes on royalties and dividends, ensuring compliance with tax treaties and domestic regulations
  • Act as a key contact for MAP and APA processes involving Slovenia, Austria, Germany, and Poland, coordinating with local offices and external advisors
  • Serve as liaison with the Federal Tax Authority, handling inquiries and providing required documentation
  • Oversee preparation of local transfer pricing files (Germany and branches) and ensure compliance across various business units
  • Coordinate license-related TP documentation with HQ, PwC, and relevant authorities
  • Monitor OECD BEPS developments and support implementation of GloBE (Global Minimum Tax) rules
  • Track international tax regulation changes and ensure compliance with CbCR, DAC6, and §138 AO reporting
  • Support tax planning initiatives and strategic business changes within Europe
  • Drive automation and process improvements in tax compliance and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in tax or equivalent qualification in relevant field 
  • 5+ years experience in tax mandatory, preferably in international taxes
  • Deep understanding of international tax laws
  • Language requirements: fluent in German and English, Korean an advantage
