Arbeitsbeschreibung - Investment Manager Real Estate (m/f/d), Berlin / Hamburg (Full-time)

As an Investment Manager Real Estate, you will help shape the sustainable transformation of the real estate sector. You will identify and manage exciting projects in the area of sustainable real estate development – from residential housing to mixed-use neighborhoods and social infrastructure. You will build new partnerships with developers, asset managers, and institutional partners and turn them into successful financings on our digital platform.
With your knowledge of real estate markets, your ability to structure complex financing cases, and your entrepreneurial mindset, you will be a key contact for our partners and investors.

Market Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in the sustainable real estate sector across the DACH region.
Project Responsibility: Lead project assessment, due diligence, market analysis, and financing structuring, including negotiation of term sheets and contracts.
Partner Management: Support real estate developers and sponsors throughout the financing process and build long-term partnerships.
Investor Relations: Help prepare and present projects in a compelling way for our platform and investor audiences.
Strategic Input: Contribute ideas to further develop our real estate offering and help position us as a leading provider of sustainable property financing.

Degree in business, finance, real estate, or a comparable qualification.
At least 5 years of professional experience in real estate financing or structuring – ideally with a developer, bank, investment firm, or family office.
Solid understanding of real estate finance and a strong feel for market opportunities.
Entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach; confident communication with senior stakeholders.
Fluent in German and English.
Ideally, experience with digital investment platforms or innovative financing models.
