Arbeitsbeschreibung - IP Manager (f/m/d)

Work with the CTO & CEO to drive the IP strategy of the company.
Collaborate with external patent counsel to ensure high-quality patent filings and adherence to legal requirements.
Absorb and document knowledge on the underlying technology and processes.
Drive the patent application process and continuously do prior art and FTO search using digital tools (e.g. patsnap).
Establish an innovation process to continually capture new ideas across the team.
Raise awareness around the generation and protection of intellectual property.
Optional: Determine and establish certifications and manage audits (ISO et al.).

Strong Master’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Physics) required. Additional degrees helpful (law, business, etc.).
Work experience in intellectual property, plus maybe product management, R&D, innovation, etc.
Strong understanding of patent law, patent prosecution processes, and global IP landscape.
Experience managing intellectual property portfolios and working with patent management software.
Industry experience within solar, battery, or similar sectors.
Intellectual horsepower & curiosity to grow understanding of relevant technologies.
Strong conceptual & communication skills with proven expertise in structuring & visualizing information for different stakeholders.
Absolut team player. Independent, driven, structured & organized, flexible.
English spoken and written at a professional level. German is important. Swedish is helpful.
Proficiency in office and collaboration software. Willingness to experiment and improve our tools and processes for knowledge sharing.
