IT Administrator (AD, Microsoft) (m/f/d)

As an IT Administrator (Microsoft Specialist), you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our Microsoft-based systems. This includes managing Active Directory, overseeing printing services, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our Microsoft 365 and Defender for Endpoint solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining a seamless and secure IT environment for our organization.

• Active Directory Management: Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user account management, group policies, and domain controller maintenance.
• Printing Services: Manage and support the organization's printing infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient print services.
• Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Defender for Endpoint: Implement and manage Defender for Endpoint to ensure robust endpoint protection across the organization.
• System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance and security, perform regular updates, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, addressing and resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user and group management, GPOs, and domain controller maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and its configuration and management.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, printing services, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills in English and German and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a plus.
