We are looking for a talented IT Manager to join our experienced and international team in Munich. At AVATR, we strongly believe in the power of design as a driving force for continuous innovation and pushing boundaries. Every team member’s unique contribution is not only appreciated but essential to our collective success. What you will do:

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, and debugging of computer software and hardware on the job site


• Be responsible for network operation and maintenance in the work area


• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the server room in the German office area


• Responsible for solving the daily IT needs of employees in the German office, including mailboxes, data, security, operating systems, etc.


• Looking for external professional suppliers to solve the company's IT system architecture and security architecture


• Cooperate with external professional IT suppliers and China IT departments to implement IT system architecture


• Other temporary IT and equipment management related work

What you will bring:

• Degree in computer science or related disciplines


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Autocad, Adobe CC


• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair


• Support and implementation knowledge of telecommunications and audio-visual & video conference systems


• Good English in written and verbal communication, plus knowledge of the German language is preferable


• Good collaboration skills with a high customer service focus


• Process improvement and monitoring experience desired


• Detailed experience in asset management and tracking


• Good team working skills


• Able to communicate and consult with Management


• Ability to work independently


• Working experience and demonstrated 1st to 3rd level IT skills
