You will analyze business processes, develop customized solutions, and oversee their implementation.

As a Software Developer (f/m/d), your main focus will be the individual development and optimization of software applications for our clients. This includes testing and implementing systems and technologies, as well as continuous quality assurance to ensure smooth operation. You will develop web and desktop applications, mobile apps, and other tailored software solutions.

As a Cloud Architect (f/m/d), you will design cloud architectures and implement them together with cloud developers and administrators. You will be responsible for access management and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

As a Project Manager (f/m/d), you will act as the key interface between customer requirements and software development, managing projects from inception to completion. You will play a central role in the team and take our "WE" to the next level with your expertise.

As a System Administrator (f/m/d), you will be responsible for planning, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructures. You will manage servers, networks, and cloud platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.

As a Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will acquire new clients, maintain existing customer relationships, and provide expert advice on our IT solutions and services. You will drive our business forward with smart sales strategies and implement them successfully as part of a team.

• Completed training and/or degree in IT, technology, data sciences, business administration, mathematics, or other relevant fields
• Expertise in the industry and the respective area of work, or at least a strong willingness to learn and curiosity
• Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Customer orientation and a service-excellence mindset
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
