Arbeitsbeschreibung - IT System Engineer Digitalization (m/f/d)

Setting up and maintaining new installations for our customers
Design and Administration of the Costumer new digital solutions
Testing of UI/UE environment for customers
Administration and Monitoring of API Connectivity
Administration and monitoring of datacenter and client system
Administration of MDM system
Support for issues in the environment
Correct administration of incidents in ticketing system
Autonomous and fast learner for complex infrastructure
Participating in the standby

MCSA, better MCSE certificated
Linux certification would be an advantage
More than 5 years of experience as Windows system engineer
More than 3 years of experience in an international team and as system engineer
Extensive experience in managing mobile devices, migrating to hybrid cloud environments, and managing API connectivity.
Experience with Grafana
Experience with Monitoring Systems
Good knowledge of Linux
Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in German and English
Technical documentation skills
