Arbeitsbeschreibung - IT Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Responsibility for the implementation of IT services to ensure the continuous availability of the IT infrastructure
Developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
Monitoring and analysing IT services to identify opportunities for improvement
Proactively coordinating and escalating incidents (incident management) and ensuring that problems are resolved quickly
Working closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations
Implementing and monitoring IT security policies and processes in accordance with applicable standards

Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
Strong hands-on mentality
Strong analytical skills and a solution-orientated way of working
Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and organisational skills
Very good written and spoken German (min. language level C2)
Very good written and spoken English (min. language level B2)
