Arbeitsbeschreibung - IT-Administrator für Atlassian Produkte (Confluence & Jira) (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of Atlassian Confluence & Jira
You are our main contact person for all departments regarding requirements, optimisations, document flow and best practices
In daily business, you manage and configure the Atlassian tools, including user administration, authorisation concepts and system adjustments
In collaboration with the rest of the team, you will also ensure system stability, performance and security
You develop governance guidelines for Jira and Confluence and implement them after internal approval
You train and support our users and create documentation and guidelines that can be viewed by everyone
To further develop the platform, you regularly exchange ideas with external service providers and Atlassian partners and try to optimise the efficiency of workflows, automations and dashboards within the tools
You evaluate and implement new apps and add-ons as required
You will also support us with migration projects and integrations with other company systems

You have a degree or vocational training with many years of professional experience in the IT sector
You have 5-6 years of professional experience in the IT environment, especially in the administration and management of Atlassian Confluence & Jira
You have very good knowledge of configuring workflows, authorisations, dashboards and reports
You have a good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes
You have basic knowledge of agile working methods, such as Scrum
You are business fluent in German and English
You are solution-orientated and your analytical and conceptual skills set you apart
With your strong communication skills, regular interaction with stakeholders is easy for you
