Arbeitsbeschreibung - IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d)

Personal and technical support and consulting for our customers
Analysis, processing and documentation of system and application errors
Implementation of standards in the area of hardware and software
Support in the roll-out of our ERP software
Operation, administration and monitoring of IT systems at the customer's site and in our own data center
Integration of new technologies into the existing IT infrastructure
Collaboration in IT projects
Independent troubleshooting

Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
Network, hardware and software knowledge (LAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN) as well as very good knowledge with virtualization technologies
High customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in working with users and in a team
Communication skills and service awareness
Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Independent and structured way of working
Class B driver's license
