(Junior) Content & Social Media Specialist (gn)

• Contributing to the development and implementation of social media content: You will support our social media team in conceptualizing and creating high-quality posts for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, focusing on psychosocial topics.

• Script support for videos: You will contribute to the development of engaging, audience-specific scripts for our YouTube videos.

• Community management: You will actively engage in nurturing our community and help strengthen the dialogue with our target audience.

• On-camera presence: When agreed upon, you will take on tasks in front of the camera and bring your personality into our content.

• Post-production and content planning: You will collaborate with the team to coordinate post-production processes and assist in scheduling and publishing posts.

• Social media affinity: You are passionate about social media, stay up to date with current trends, and know how to create content tailored to a young target audience.

• Relevant academic background inPsychology, Social Work, communications, media management or a related field. Students are also welcome!

• Self-reliance and purpose-driven mindset: You work in a structured and independent manner and are looking for a role that creates social impact.

• You are fluent in German and English and can confidently communicate content in both languages.

• Startup mentality: You thrive in a young, dynamic team and enjoy working in a flexible, innovation-driven startup environment.

• Ability to travel to the Berlin office once per quarter to film and produce content with the team.
