(Junior) Creative Designer (f/m/d) - Video Game Marketing

Attract Mode Agency is a boutique digital marketing agency tailored to the needs of the video games industry and equipped with experienced manpower. We develop impactful marketing strategies and enhance performance based marketing with creative excellence to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

• Design versatile media: Create a range of video and motion design marketing materials, including social media graphics, web assets, and presentations.
• Collaborate and conceptualize: Partner with our creative and marketing teams to bring innovative campaigns to life.
• Maintain Brand Identity: Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Incorporate Feedback: Take stakeholder input on board from both internal and external sources to iterate effectively and deliver polished final designs.

• Experience: At least 2 years in a video design-focused role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Creative Flair: A strong eye for composition, color, and typography, plus knowledge of current design and social media trends
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator); bonus points for any knowledge in similar programs such as Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Procreate, etc.
• Gaming Enthusiasm: You love games as much as we do — and it shows in your creative work.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English. German is a plus.
• Bonus for Web Familiarity: Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, responsive design) are a plus.
