Arbeitsbeschreibung - (Junior) Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and support requests via email. Working closely with various departments, you will ensure a smooth customer experience and provide excellent service to drive customer satisfaction.

You record, analyse and process incoming support requests by email
Your focus is on receiving and processing customer enquiries and complaints
You support the onboarding of new customers
You work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Management or Software Development to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

Enjoyment of customer contact and hands-on-mentality
Friendly and solution-orientated conversation skills
Customer satisfaction is your priority
Strong service mindset und quick understanding when dealing with new issues
Initial experience in customer service, support, sales or parcel logistics is a plus
Fluent in written and spoken German and basic English skills
