Arbeitsbeschreibung - (Junior) Customer Service Agent (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and support requests via email. Working closely with various departments, you will ensure a smooth customer experience and provide excellent service to drive customer satisfaction.
  • You record, analyse and process incoming support requests by email
  • Your focus is on receiving and processing customer enquiries and complaints 
  • You support the onboarding of new customers 
  • You work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Management or Software Development to ensure optimal customer satisfaction 
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and hands-on-mentality 
  • Friendly and solution-orientated conversation skills 
  • Customer satisfaction is your priority
  • Strong service mindset und quick understanding when dealing with new issues
  • Initial experience in customer service, support, sales or parcel logistics is a plus 
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and basic English skills
