Junior IT Governance & Compliance Analyst (m/f/d)

As a Junior IT Governance & Compliance Analyst, you will support the bank's IT governance, risk and compliance activities, contribute to regulatory initiatives, and help drive the continued development of our IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform. In this role, you will support day-to-day IT governance and compliance activities, helping to ensure the effective and compliant use of technology across the bank. You will also be responsible for the administration and further rollout of the bank's GRC platform. The role also involves supporting a variety of technology-related initiatives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including Information Security, IT Operations, Sourcing, and Audit teams. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical experience in IT governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and GRC tooling within a regulated financial services environment, while contributing to the bank's technology and compliance objectives.

• Contribute to day-to-day IT governance and compliance activities, helping to ensure effective and compliant operations.
• Assist the implementation and maintenance of IT processes.
• Support the maintenance of the bank's technology risk management framework, including the execution of control assessments and supplier assurance reviews.
• Coordinate and contribute to internal and external technology audits.
• Monitor and facilitate the compliant implementation of new IT systems.Implement, administrate, and continuous improvement of the bank's Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platform. This includes:

- Configure and maintain assessments, workflows, reports, and dashboards aligned with business requirements.

- Support platform integrations, documentation and user training

- Identify and recommend process improvements and platform best practices.

- Perform day-to-day application management activities, including incident and service request management.

• Completed vocational training in IT. Alternatively Bachelor degree in IT, business or a related field
• Basic understanding of IT governance, risk and compliance principles
• Initial experience in IT, auditing, information security, or compliance is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work
• Experience with OneTrust or other GRC platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) is an advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Excellent English language skills; German language skills are a plus
