Arbeitsbeschreibung - Kaufm. Angestellter für die Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (Bis 30h/Woche)

  • Responsible for the accounts receivable and accounts payable administration (account reconciliation, account clarification, master data maintenance, preparation of outgoing invoices)
  • Processing of all payment transactions
  • Supporting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Participation in general reporting requirements
  • Contact person for external partners (e.g. auditors, tax consultants, authorities, etc.)
  • Project-related special tasks as part of the continuous development of the finance and controlling area
  • Completed business/management training or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting/controlling
  • Professional experience in financial accounting/controlling 
  • Experience with Datev software or comparable systems
  • Confident handling of the MS-Office package (especially Excel)
  • A high affinity for IT and numbers is advantageous
  • Independent, conscientious and precise way of working
  • Team- and service-orientated as well as demonstrating self-initiative
  • Good written and spoken English skills
