Arbeitsbeschreibung - Kaufm. Angestellter für die Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (Bis 30h/Woche)

Responsible for the accounts receivable and accounts payable administration (account reconciliation, account clarification, master data maintenance, preparation of outgoing invoices)
Processing of all payment transactions
Supporting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB
Participation in general reporting requirements
Contact person for external partners (e.g. auditors, tax consultants, authorities, etc.)
Project-related special tasks as part of the continuous development of the finance and controlling area

Completed business/management training or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting/controlling
Professional experience in financial accounting/controlling
Experience with Datev software or comparable systems
Confident handling of the MS-Office package (especially Excel)
A high affinity for IT and numbers is advantageous
Independent, conscientious and precise way of working
Team- and service-orientated as well as demonstrating self-initiative
Good written and spoken English skills
