We are looking for a highly motivated sales person (m/f/d) who feels comfortable in a technology-oriented environment and wants to actively shape the internal sales team.
In this role, you will be the face of Fineline and the central point of contact for internal and external customers. You will be responsible for the sales process, from quotation to delivery, and ensure that our customers are satisfied at every stage.
Your tasks are as follows:
Negotiating costs, production and optimization options with your customers and partners
Building and maintaining close customer relationships
Developing optimal solutions for your customers' needs and specifications
Responding to internal and external customer inquiries
Preparing quotations, processing orders and managing deliveries
Working closely with various departments
Commercial training (or equivalent) and more than 2 years of relevant work experience
Technical skills and knowledge
Good communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
Team player, results-oriented and flexible
PCB knowledge is an advantage, but not required
Knowledge of the ERP system AX and/or the CRM system Salesforce is an advantage
