• Advising and supporting customers: You are the central point of contact for your customers and advise them on their communication and marketing projects with in-depth expertise.
• Recognising potential and developing collaboration: You recognise potential with our clients and consistently develop collaboration together with your team.
• Close collaboration with creative teams and clients: You work hand in hand with the creative departments and ensure that projects fulfil client requirements.
• Receive and pass on client briefings: You will receive client briefs, be able to pass them on to your team free from misunderstandings, ensure the necessary coordination between strategy, creative and clients.
• Monitoring deadlines, costs and quality: You monitor and control client projects, timings, budgets and the quality of implementation to ensure that all targets are met.
• Responsibility for project costing and planning: You will be responsible for the costing, controlling and resource planning of projects.

• Completed studies or training: You have a degree or training in the field of media and communication
• Several years of agency experience: You have at least 3 - 4 years of agency experience in project management or customer consulting
• Experience in the B2B or healthcare sector: Ideally, you have experience in the B2B or healthcare sector and with multi-level sales channels including retail.
• Digital expertise and creative campaign knowledge: You are at home in the digital world and are familiar with creative campaigns, social media channels and innovative advertising.
• Good German and English language skills: You are characterised by good language skills in German and English.
• Presentation confidence and confident customer handling : You impress customers and colleagues with your presentation skills.
• Passion and interest in advertising and marketing : Advertising and marketing are more than just a job for you, they are your passion.
• Independent management and further development of client budgets: You are prepared to manage and develop client budgets independently.
