Arbeitsbeschreibung - Kundenservice / Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Softwaresupport im Gesundheitswesen
In this role, you'll be our user expert with an overview and empathy. As part of a team of motivated colleagues, you will work directly with our existing customers and support them in using our software; always with the aim of solving challenges sustainably. You report to the Team Lead Customer Support.
Target-oriented processing of customer inquiries for a defined customer base
Direct communication with existing customers to solve problems
Collaboration with the Product Management, Development and Consulting teams in the area of product development Reporting ticket information to the Team Lead to identify optimization potential
Maintaining the internal customer management systems and knowledge databases
You have completed training as a healthcare assistant or are a qualified nurse or nursing assistant with experience
You have already gained relevant professional experience in social institutions, e.g. as an administrative employee or as a nursing specialist and are familiar with the billing modalities
Ideally, you have experience in working with software products from the social sector (e.g. GO ON, Swing, heimbas, etc.) or have a certain affinity for IT and a desire to familiarize yourself with a software product
You have a friendly, open and engaging demeanor
You have excellent communication skills, business fluent German (spoken & written) and enjoy interacting with the users of the software
