Arbeitsbeschreibung - Legal Counsel (all genders)

As a Legal Counsel, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and advising our teams across Germany and Poland on a broad spectrum of legal matters, with an emphasis on data privacy and corporate law. You’ll work directly with cross-functional teams to shape Sunday Natural's future. This role will involve:

Providing expert guidance on data privacy regulations and manage corporate legal requirements to ensure group-wide compliance
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure they meet all legal standards while aligning with our goals
Providing training on relevant legal topics, helping build a culture of compliance and awareness
Leading or supporting projects that enhance our policies and practices, making a lasting impact on our operations

Being a qualified lawyer in Germany and/or Poland, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic company, startup, or law firm
Strong expertise in data privacy, corporate and contract law, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges with confidence
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, keeping up with deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Professional fluency in German and English is essential, with Polish language skills being a strong plus
