Arbeitsbeschreibung - Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your mission

Organization and handling of global shipments to and from ocean-going vessels
Planning, monitoring, and execution of freight tenders and transport orders (air/sea/truck/rail)
Monitoring and ensuring adherence to deadlines in close coordination with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments
Tracking and coordinating returns
Preparing analyses and evaluations for continuous process optimization
Contributing to eco-management and CO₂ footprint tracking

Your profile

Successfully completed business apprenticeship, ideally with a background in logistics or freight forwarding
Initial professional experience in the transportation or logistics sector is desirable
Market knowledge in the field of transportation services, preferably in shipping, as well as a good understanding of legal requirements
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with ticketing systems is a plus
