SHEIN is seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to lead our Trucking Operations team based in Wrocław, Poland. In this role, you will oversee and optimize road freight and trucking activities across our European distribution network, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and reliable transportation of goods to support SHEIN's rapidly growing European operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Lead and manage day-to-day trucking operations across European trade lanes.
• Oversee route planning, fleet scheduling, and capacity utilization to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient movement of goods between warehouses, fulfillment centers, and distribution hubs.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and fleet efficiency.

Team Leadership

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing trucking operations team.
• Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Carrier & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with 3PLs, trucking carriers, and transportation partners across Europe.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Evaluate carrier performance and drive improvements in service quality and cost.

Cost & Performance Optimization

• Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for savings.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage the trucking operations budget.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure full compliance with EU transportation regulations, customs requirements, and health & safety standards.
• Maintain adherence to driving hours regulations, ADR (where applicable), and cross-border transport laws.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with warehouse, supply chain, and customs teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide reporting and insights to senior leadership on trucking performance.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics/transportation, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in road freight/trucking operations, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Experience managing cross-border European transportation is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of European trucking regulations and freight operations.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Languages

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Polish language skills are a strong advantage.
• Additional European languages are a plus.
