Manager - Brand Partnerships (m/w/d)

Berlin HQ, fulltime, starting June 2025, permanent contract

Responsibilities

• Acquisition & Sales:
  Identify and proactively approach potential brand partners and agencies for innovative music and entertainment collaborations. Take full responsibility for revenue generation, including proposal development, contract negotiations, deal closing, and KPI reporting.


• Business Development & Account Management:
  Build, develop, and manage long-term relationships with brand partners and agencies. Spot new business opportunities, oversee the execution of brand partnerships, and manage regular communications — including the creation and distribution of our Brand Partnerships newsletter.


• Creative Concepting & Market Insights:
  Develop and pitch tailor-made partnership concepts and activations in close collaboration with our artists, product management, and external partners. Track and analyze trends at the intersection of music, brands, and pop culture to continuously evolve our partner portfolio and service offering.

Profile

• Several years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Sales, agency business, or Sponsorship — ideally with a focus on music, entertainment, lifestyle, or culture.


• Strong sales personality: You’re passionate, driven to close deals, and bring a creative mindset.


• Proven experience in developing and presenting concepts and pitches to decision-makers.


• Well-established network in the brand, media, and creative agency environment is a plus.


• High affinity for music, pop culture, and trends.


• Team player with entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on attitude


• Proficiency in English is essential, with German skills being highly preferred.
