• You take the lead in projects focused on digitalizing and harmonizing pharma manufacturing processes – from MES system selection and implementation to integration within client IT infrastructures.
• You develop strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive new project acquisition with a focus on sustainable growth.
• You guide and coach project teams and contribute to the professional development of our consulting staff.
• You analyze, improve, and transform business processes in regulated environments according to GxP standards.
• You contribute to the internal development of themes and service offerings, helping expand and evolve our consulting portfolio.

• You have several years of experience in management consulting or a strategic in-house consulting role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• You possess deep expertise in manufacturing IT (MES) and ideally experience with implementing regulated computer systems (CSV, GxP).
• You have an excellent understanding of pharmaceutical business processes across the entire value chain.
• You communicate with confidence, professionalism, and clarity at all organizational levels.
• You bring entrepreneurial thinking, ownership, and team leadership experience – along with fluent German and English skills and ideally a strong professional network in the pharma industry.
