Arbeitsbeschreibung - Manager (m/w/d) Regional Sales Management

  • Growth: Drive the profitable growth of the regions Europe, Asia & MENA and ensure the achievement of annual targets by leading, inspiring, and empowering our local teams, and collaborating closely with departments at the headquarter
  • Business Strategy: Develop a multi-year sales and growth strategy for the markets in the region together with the Head of Sales and implement it successfully step by step through your proactive efforts
  • Business Development: Advance the development of our business by regularly creating investment/business plans for existing and new markets
  • Performance Review: Monitor the success of your action plans in monthly business reviews and adjust them as needed in consultation with the Head of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer
  • International Partnerships: Get to know the markets through monthly travels and maintain or further develop our strong partnerships with local teams, business partners, doctors, and pharmacies
  • USP Ambassador: Ensure that local teams understand the unique selling points (USPs) of the Denk Pharma brand and our products and actively drive their marketing
  • Communication Interface: Act as a point of contact, link and role model between associated departments such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and our international business partners
  • Budget Responsibility: Take ownership of the annual budget planning and actively support administrative activities in sales
  • Process Optimization: Analyze, monitor, and consistently improve internal processes with the aim of creating access to healing, meeting the needs of our customers, and achieving greater market success
  • Intercultural Collaboration: Foster respectful collaboration with different cultures and people
  • Education and training: A successfully completed degree (Master's equivalent) in pharmacy, medicine, healthcare, biology, usiness administration, humanities, cultural studies & study programmes with an international focus or a comparable qualification. Training as a pharmaceutical sales representative is an advantage
  • Sales & product launch experience: Several years of successfully proven experience in sales and product launches, ideally of pharmaceutical products or food supplements in dynamic markets
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English, other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel: Desire and pleasure in travelling to international sales regions (approx. 30%) and ‘spirit of adventure’
  • Intercultural empathy: Strong intercultural skills (developed e.g. through longer stays abroad) and enjoy getting to know a wide variety of people and cultures
  • Business instinct: A forward-looking and commercial mindset as well as a good dose of flexibility
  • Self-initiative: The drive to tackle issues independently and efficiently and to improve through strong self-motivation
  • Customer & service mentality: A strong customer focus and sales mentality
  • Go beyond: The desire to proactively develop personally and be part of a strong team
  • Work & Life - Flexible working hours, opportunity to work remotely and short Fridays
