Marketing and Growth Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking an ambitious marketing and communication manager to join our growing international team. If you want to take a decisive role in shaping a fast-growing startup and play a vital part in building our brand strategy - this place is for you!

You start the position as a core member of truckoo’s interdisciplinary team and focus on building our brand, be responsible for all communication and activities across our channels. Based on valuable customer insights, you define a winning marketing strategy that is ready for international roll-out.The commercial vehicle trade market is one of the very last offline markets. Our product brings a lot of movement into the traditional trading system. Serving three different target groups with three different product offerings makes the role of a Marketing and Communication Manager key to establish truckoo as the leading global platform.

• Work on the conception, implementation and development of the truckoo Marketing and Communication Strategy
• Lead Marketing activities that target the offline and online world
• Create concepts, engaging content or visual storyboards for our Marketing channels and also for Employer Branding
• Define scalable concepts that provide the basis for international roll-out

• Professional experience in the field of Offline and/or Digital Marketing: PR, Brand, Customer Analytics, cross-channel communication
• A flair for content & visuals
• Highly motivated and data driven working style
• Fluency in German !! and English is a must - the more languages the better
