• Act as the brand owner for Gloryfeel across all major e-commerce platforms in China (Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
• Review and analyze platform operation data provided by TP partners using tools such as Business Advisor (生意参谋), Douyin Business Center, etc.
• Develop and refine marketing strategies, traffic acquisition plans, and promotional directions based on platform data and market insights.
• Supervise and collaborate closely with TP teams to ensure the effective execution of campaigns and optimization of shop performance (including traffic, conversion rate, ROI, and repurchase rate).
• Audit and approve TP proposals related to marketing activities, promotion budgets, and paid media plans to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Monitor and optimize platform advertising performance (e.g., CPC and CPM campaigns across all e-commerce platforms).
• Coordinate live-streaming projects (达人直播) and influencer marketing initiatives with TP partners.
• Conduct regular market and competitor analyses, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in the development and management of the annual e-commerce sales budget and marketing expense planning.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketing management, preferably with a platform background (e.g., Tmall, Douyin, Xiaohongshu) or experience managing international brands or TPs.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and the ability to interpret e-commerce platform metrics to drive business decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of traffic acquisition strategies and digital marketing tools on Chinese e-commerce platforms.
• Proven experience in managing TP teams and ensuring high-quality project deliverables.
• Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and results-driven.
• Native Chinese speaker; proficiency in German and/or English is a plus but not mandatory.
